Revel & Quoin

Into the heart of Fremont.

At the corner of 36th and Phinney, in the heart of Fremont, Revel and its bar Quoin (meaning “cornerstone” in Korean) have carved out its place in the Seattle’s thriving chef-owned restaurant scene.

eP remodeled the building, formerly considered a tear-down and created a restaurant with a bright, open-kitchen layout and sleek bar with two south-facing decks. The inventive, Korean street food created by Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi (founders of Wallingford’s renowned Joule ) and their lively, space quickly established Revel as a central neighborhood gathering place.

This is now the location of our newer building, Cedar Speedster, which continues to be the home of Revel, evo headquarters, eP, Local Tide, Lake Union Partners, and Aslan Brewing.
