Lindsay Todaro
Associate Development Manager
A New England native, Lindsay split her childhood between a Boston suburb and Northern New Hampshire where she grew up ski racing, a pursuit which took her all over the country. She relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2017 to pursue a MS in Real Estate at UW (definitely not to ski…). Lindsay earned a BFA in Architecture at UMass Amherst and worked for a year at a Boston-based architecture firm, prior to making the leap across the country and into a new career path.
Lindsay’s done stints development consulting for Sound Transit at Kidder Mathews, building Detached ADUs at the real estate startup Hatchback Cottages, and most recently leading a 162-unit development through entitlement in Sumner, WA at Timberlane Partners. Within eP, Lindsay is focusing on evo Campus projects. She was drawn to eP because it blends everything she loves: urban infill development, adaptive reuse, outdoor recreation, and getting to work with a fun & talented team!
Lindsay lives in North Queen Anne with her fiancé Patrick and their husky Kiyaya. In her spare time, Lindsay is skiing, backpacking, biking... But mostly she’s thinking about the well-earned Scott’s Dairy Freeze milkshake and Ezell’s chicken awaiting her at the end of the day.
