Kristin Carlson

Kristin grew up in Connecticut and after a stint in NYC, moved to Seattle and attended the University of Washington, where she earned a BA in Urban Geography.  Her career in real estate began simultaneously, managing 18 units on Queen Anne.

For several years, she worked in the non-profit sector, developing service-enriched affordable housing communities. She has over 25 years of experience in developing and managing residential and commercial properties for Seattle area investors.

Kristin lives on Queen Anne and appreciates the commute to eP offices, walking or cycling along the Fremont Canal. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, cycling, hiking and live music and being out on the water whenever possible.
