Ira Gerlich

Raised in Seattle, Ira attended high school at Seattle Prep before graduating from The University of San Diego with a business degree in marketing and finance.  He stuck around California working in finance and technology before racking up powder days on the ski patrol at Mammoth Mountain.

Since moving back home in 2009, Ira has been involved with a growing list of marquee projects around Seattle in addition to the core projects with evolution Projects.  He is passionate about adding value to local neighborhoods through thoughtful design that showcases the amazing businesses and operators that call Seattle their home.

Ira lives with his wife Courtney and their two boys, Maxwell and Niko in the Montlake neighborhood of Seattle.  They enjoy skiing, traveling and eating.  And when the opportunity arises, combining all three.
