Gus Goldman

Gus was born in Seattle, WA. He attended Seattle Academy on Capitol Hill and graduated from Colorado College with a BA in Political Science. After college, Gus lived in Aspen, CO where he worked at the Aspen Institute with their Programming team on events. After a year and a half at the Aspen Institute, Gus moved back to Seattle and transitioned into the world of real estate as a Construction Coordinator for Blanton Turner. As a Construction Coordinator, Gus was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a 54-unit apartment rehab project here in Seattle.

After two years, Gus transitioned into a new role in property management while simultaneously enrolling in the University of Washington's Commercial Real Estate Certificate Program. During the Certificate Program, Gus became interested in the development field and accepted a position at evolution Projects in February of 2022.

Gus currently lives in Columbia City and loves to spend his spare time skiing, mountain biking and hanging out with his dog, Maize.
