Culture, community, inclusivity and a shared passion for the outdoors combine to serve as the foundation of our decade long vision; Campus Seattle.

The roots run deep, since 2011, when we first breathed new life into a hundred-year-old mattress factory on the corner of 35th and Stone Way. The project, which became The Fremont Collective, catalyzed our vision for a cultural hub and is home to evo, All Together Skatepark, The Whale Wins, and Joule.

Fast forward to 2021, Seattle Bouldering Project launched with a warm embrace by the community. Their success, despite opening during Covid, is owed to their dedication to bringing people together though an extraordinary climbing and fitness experience. 

We believe the most powerful company cultures emerge when curious, creative humans come together in thoughtfully-designed spaces meant to foster a sense of human connection, amplifying shared passions.

Campus Seattle’s aim is to create a one-of-a-kind anchor point for the active/outdoor lifestyle.

The proposed full buildout of Campus Seattle will deliver 230,000+ SF of new office, retail and recreation space to the Fremont neighborhood. 

Location

Campus Seattle is located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. Dubbed “Center of Universe”, the neighborhood is a great mix of local artists, small businesses, and major companies like Brooks Sports HQ, evo HQ, Adobe, Tableau and Google.
