Repurposing underutilized spaces in great neighborhoods has been a consistent theme throughout our projects.  Building 122 is a prime example. Once a non-descript, tilt-up concrete warehouse and home to a food-services business on the edge of Fremont, the industrial space transformed into an anchor for Seattle’s ski, snowboard and action sports lifestyle community when evo* opened in 2005. Building 122’s success story speaks to our emphasis on taking a space with vast potential and breathing fresh life into it.

In its first life under our banner, Building 122 became evo, an art gallery, music and movie venue, offices, and retail store all wrapped into one. Now in its second iteration, Building 122 as we are calling it, houses evo’s corporate headquarters in a physical space that embodies our theme of repurposing and collaboration.
