Sitting on the corner of 36th and Phinney in the heart of Fremont, Revel has carved out its place in the thriving chef-owned restaurant movement within Seattle. The bright, open kitchen layout, toned town, sleek bar environment at Quoin (meaning “Cornerstone” ) and two south facing decks set the space apart after having been transitioned from what many would have considered a tear-down building. The inventive, Korean street food created by Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi (founders of the renowned Joule in Wallingford) coupled with their space, has quickly established Revel as a central gathering place for the neighborhood.
In the case of Revel and Quoin, evolution Projects has been very fortunate both to have been the developer of the property and a partner in the establishment. We couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity to work with Rachel and Seif and look forward to new projects with them in the future.
